Over Runs and Under Runs

The production and manufacture of imprinted products is subject to an over/under run rate of 5%.  This rate applies to all imprinted products with the exception of paper and plastic bags which could be as much as plus or minus 25%.  Over/Under runs allow us to maintain strict quality control standards of our manufacturing process. In the event of an over run, you will be charged for the additional amount manufactured.  In the event of an under run you will receive a refund of the full amount of the underrun.

Order Changes and Cancellations

BrandRoads manufactures custom products.  Therefore, once a product has entered into production it's often difficult to make changes.  If you contact us with a change or cancellation prior to the start of actual production we will make every effort to abide by your wishes and keep any costs incurred by you to an absolute minimum.  However, once production is initiated, you will be responsible for the original cost of the order.

We realize that the ordering of promotional products can be a complicated process.  Every order placed with BrandRoads will have a dedicated BrandRoads representative to follow your order from the time it's placed to the moment of delivery.  Our representative will first contact you by e-mail to acknowledge and thank you for your order.  Please don't ever hesitate to contact your BrandRoads Representative should you have any questions at all.
